1. General Terms & Conditions
All clients must read, understand, and agree to these policies before enrolling in any training programs.
By purchasing any service, the client agrees to comply with all terms and conditions stated on this website.
2. Privacy Policy
All personal information collected during the registration process will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without the client's consent.
Data will be used solely for the purposes of providing personalized training programs and improving service quality.
3. Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the time of purchase for all training programs, whether they are one-time packages or subscription-based services.
Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or any other accepted payment methods provided on the website.
4. 7-Day Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their training program within 7 days of the purchase date.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to the provided contact address.
If a program has already commenced within the 7-day period, the client will be billed for the days/services utilized.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are available within 24-72 hours of the initial payment, subject to the client’s bank processing time.
To request a refund, clients must contact customer service within 24-72 hours of their purchase.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in the client's account, depending on their bank’s policies.
No refunds will be issued after the 72-hour period unless otherwise stated in special promotional offers.
6. Program Modifications
Clients may request modifications to their training program if necessary. Such requests must be made in writing.
Program modifications may be subject to additional fees depending on the nature and extent of the changes requested.
7. Late or Missed Sessions
Clients are expected to attend all scheduled training sessions on time.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered missed and will not be refunded or rescheduled unless otherwise stated in the program terms.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in termination of the training program without a refund.
8. Health and Safety Disclaimer
Clients must ensure they are in good physical condition before starting any fitness program.
It is recommended that clients consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise regimen.
The trainer is not responsible for any injuries sustained as a result of participating in the training programs.
9. Communication Policy
Clients will receive regular updates and communication via email or other agreed-upon methods.
It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate contact information and notify the trainer of any changes.
10. Intellectual Property
All content provided within the training programs, including workout plans, videos, and guides, are the intellectual property of the trainer.
Clients are prohibited from sharing, distributing, or reselling any materials provided through the training program.
11. Governing Law
These policies are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or country where the business is registered.
Any disputes arising from the use of the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
12. Changes to Policies
The trainer reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice.
Clients are encouraged to review the policies regularly to stay informed of any changes.
